In the heart of Copenhagen, a new kind of sanctuary emerges for 3DaysofDesign 2025. Inside the Louis Poulsenshowroom, Circle Dome Square invites visitors to pause, breathe, and immerse themselves in a vibrant world of colour, form, and light. Designed by boundary-pushing Danish artist and designer Henrik Vibskov, the textile installation draws direct inspiration from the iconic Panthella lamp, a staple of Scandinavian homes since 1971.
A Tribute to Verner Panton’s Experimental Spirit
Endorsed by Verner Panton Design AG, the project offers a contemporary homage to Panton’s fearless approach to design. As Zorayda Perez Pedersen, CMO at Louis Poulsen, notes:
Henrik Vibskov has created a captivating installation that fuses designer lighting and art, paying tribute to Verner Panton and his most iconic lamp design, the Panthella.

A Textile World of Colour and Form
Renowned for blurring the lines between fashion, music, and performance, Vibskov combines colour and geometry with his chosen medium—textiles—to create a single focus point reminiscent of vintage cameras. The dome-shaped structure is a place to step inside, slow down, and take in the surroundings.

Past Meets Present in Playful Harmony
While Circle Dome Square references the forms and philosophies of Panton’s 1970s heyday, Vibskov infuses it with his own forward-thinking, sensory approach. Inside its soft, colourful cocoon, visitors can escape the flurry of design week for a moment of stillness, under the light of a design legacy.
