TERROIR explores how earth can become more than a building material, using rammed earth to create a pavilion shaped by climate, place, and local identity.

Designed by Mamou-Mani Architects, Altostrata is a travelling pavilion fully 3D-printed with compostable sugar-based bioplastics and PLA.
