Well Urban Things invites you to design your own little pavilion at your desk, using everyday materials.
In this workshop, you'll build a desktop-scale pavilion using simple, everyday objects like cardboard, straws, string, and bolts. The aim is to stimulate creative thinking, to encourage the consideration of architecture not only on a large scale but also through play and experimentation.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction and inspiring examples addressing the question of what a pavilion is. Then, everyone starts building their own pavilion. At the end of the process, the resulting structures are exhibited through a short sharing tour.
No technical knowledge is required. All you need is curiosity.
